Who to follow? Choose a good role model

In the age of the internet and thousands of social media influencers, there’s so much information from so many people with different perspectives. Where do you get your financial information? Who do you get your financial information from? How do you know who to follow? Choose a good role model who aligns with your goals and strategy.
Who could be a role model for you? It could be a family member, a friend, someone on the internet, or someone you get financial tips from. Your financial situation is unique and different from anyone else. It’s like no two person can have the same fingerprint. Just like every snowflake is unique, so are you.
Role models are good examples to follow and adopt their behaviors that fit you. They have succeeded in areas you want to succeed which is probably why you are looking up to them. You may want to learn how to climb the corporate ladder, learn how to increase your salary, learn how to invest, learn how to raise a family, or whatever you feel is important to you.
Role models can have so much influence on a person. From how they think, their reasoning, their logic, or their decision making, it can directly influence how you learn and how you make your decisions.
I have multiple role models. They are folks who are great in leadership, finances, taxes, travel, cooking, and general life decisions. I’ve learned a great deal from my role models and applied what I’ve learned to my life. One day I hope to be a role model to someone else.
Find someone who aligns with your values and goals. Learn from them and apply what they have to offer to your life. Choose a good role model so that you can reach your financial goals.
